Surreal Photographer Logan Zillmer Uses His Art for Personal Therapy

Michigan-based surreal photographer Logan Zillmer may not be able to make a living with his passion, but it still gets him through the day. Fed up with day job as a retail manager, Logan began a 365 day project to ease his stress and put his film degree to good use. Since he sees his “real person job” as making him less than something less than real, an outlet in the surreal worlds he sees in lucid dreams was a natural choice. Creating narratives which show the fantasy worlds and bizarre situations he finds within his own mind, Logan has given us brilliant insight into his life and just what it is that makes him tick.
